REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY:
Refunds are granted for the following items in the circumstances listed. Otherwise, all sales are final.
-All sales are final on tattoos, piercings and custom orders. I guarantee that my work is completed correctly when it leaves my studio. Responsibility lies with the customer for protecting his or her investment.
-You may request a cancellation on a commission prior to shipment and final payment. Deposits are non-refundable.
-If custom item has been shipped, there will be no refund. Customer is responsible for insuring shipment when selecting shipping method.
-Items are inspected to be sure they are free from defects. Orders are double-checked before shipment. In the event that you receive a defective item or the wrong item (i.e. an item not listed on your invoice), you are entitled to an exchange.
-Notify me by email that you have received the wrong item. Provide your contact information and order number, and explain what item you received (or provide a photograph), and provide Tag ID code.
-I will send instructions and an address for your return.
-You will return the item in its original packaging-- unopened and undamaged.
-Once I receive your return, I will process your order and provide a receipt for your return shipping refund.
-In the event that the item you ordered is no longer available, you will be given a refund of the full purchase price, or you may choose another item of equal value.
-All sales are final, except as noted above.
